While direct financial costs are non-existent, you will find the best results will come from a basic investment in training service advisors, F&I , sales and other front-line personnel on the benefits the dealership will receive from the program.

Q: How is our dealership represented by the Carhill Insight program?

A: Carhill Insight markets to our customers directly using our dealership name and logo.

Q: OK, so if they are using our name and logo, will I have to sell the Carhill Insight program?

A: No, none of our personnel will have to sell the program – we understand our dealership’s commitment to the program need to confirm for customers that the program is part of our dealership’s marketing efforts.

Q: Will Carhill Insight take away our own Extended Warranty Sales?

A: What you are describing is known as the ‘cannibalization effect.’ While some extended warranty sales may be sold through the Carhill Insight channel instead of our direct efforts, we are more likely to see an increase in extended warranty sales at the next purchase our customers make as their awareness of the benefits of vehicle service contracts increases.
