Upon receiving the mail campaign material, the customer contacts our call center using a phone number and reference code which immediately alerts our VSC Specialist that your customer is calling.

Carhill Insight’s VSC Specialist makes a full presentation to your customer, outlining the benefits of the program while identifying the specific needs of your customer. Once satisfied with the information available, the VSC Specialist works up a series of coverages and associated costs from which the customer can choose.

From this point it is simply a matter of collecting information for payment preferences and closing the sale.
