The success of the Carhill Insight program is measured utilizing two metrics:
1. Monthly Sales Reconciliation Report
This report is generated by Carhill Insight to let you know how your customers are responding to the vehicle service contract offering. In addition, the monthly sales reconciliation will let your dealership know how much revenue is being added directly to your bottom line.
2. Quarterly Sales and Service Trends
This report is generated by Carhill Insight on a quarterly basis to let you know how your customers are trending in terms of repeat visits to your service center and showroom floor. The longer your dealership participates in the Carhill Insight program, the more impact you will see in correlation of sales and service visits to customers who purchased a vehicle service contract through Carhill Insight.
